"TEXT BOOK DEATH"- REACTION FROM "KINGDOM" OF SAUDI ARABIA

Dear All,
While performing his duty, a innocent teacher been assulated and
killed by aggressive muslim youth league workers in malappuram.
Couple of days ago they have burnt millions of worth books,supposed
to distribute to poor pupil, under the leadership of our former education
minister sooppy...
This is too brutal..muslim league party cannot survive without
power. their power thirst made them blind..they are using religion
as a weapon. but they are not aware of the consequences, far reachig problems of muslim existence, country like ours...unfortunately
socalled muslim groups (eg. jamaeth,mujahid) also knowingly or
unknowingly particpating with them..how can they justify their
agitation ? gov. had decided to reform the book.in democratic
system we should have democaratic culture. from the begining itself,
no reason for agitation against the book..remember, when mr c.h.
mohd koya was edu.minister, Umerfarook's carrekecher (spell?) was
appeared in tex book...no protest, no jihad, somebody pontedout and removed the page.
Muslim jihadi group must stop this baseless,illogical agitation with immideate effect. or they have to face the consequences...things
are changing,especially after the death of Mr.Agustine Joseph,
otherwise league leaders and turban group has to pay heavily...
alappuram is changing.. league is a sinking ship..shihab thangals
magic water (his own spited water) cannot save league anymore...

7th std book

The row over the 7th standard text book in Kerala is politically motivated by some unacademic politicians. Some political parties only interested in their political gains and not bother about the academic aspect of our schooling. They criticised the book even without reading and understandin the curricular object in the lesson. They must know that the new education pedagogy adopted in Kerala is most innovative inwhich students themselves create knowledge by understanding the situations and evident from the experiment dine by them. Teachers are only fecilitating them for such expiriments and finding outs. In this methode student discusse by group and interact their ideas and create knoledge. Student, unlikely our conventional methode,are not puppets whispering what they hearing from teachers.
This is child centered education not teachers centered like usual type.
Unknowing these devolopment in Kerala's education system, some irrogant political party criticise and disagree with new methodology in our education system which implemnted after long and profound thinking and discussions by able innovative persons with a wide social concept.
This controversy opened a new chapter in Kerala. Some Panchayath dared even to ban this text book in school in their jurisdiction.( Kalpakanchery Panchayath authoritis passed a resolution to ban the book in studying this book) They victimised a politiacal consipiracy even without reading the chapter in the text book.
KeralaGovernment instituted a committee to reviw the book and to suggest what ever in the book as anti academic and anti religion, more anti progress of our society. But our opposition party not willing to cooperate with them without reading of hte book. Their motive is another thing than education of our children.

Is 7th std Book worst than 'Evolution Book'?

It is unfortunate that young men among the new generation born and brought up in the midst of opportunities thanks to the progress of science and technology, become puppets in the hands of wily politicians and religious leaders who have ulterior designs. They brake their bones and shed blood in the name of innocuous text book. Do they know that there are academic books all over the world thousand times more harmful than the class 7th book.
Zoology text books teach evolution which says that man evolved from chimpanzees through mutation and super -activation of the gene prodynorphin
which is responsible for cognitive powers and superior intelligence of man.
This scientific theory strikes at the root of all religions. There was healthy controversy about the theory in Europe in the 19th century. But the vast the majority have accepted the theory and it led to the advance of biological and medical science.
In politics a handful of leaders may get upward mobility when thousands break their bones. Let our younger generation understand that life is more precious than some crumbs of political power. Let them wait for change of power through votes and democratic process in our democracy.
